Argentina refused
The Argentine Boxing Federation officially refused to participate in the 2009 AIBA world young boxers' championship to be held in Yerevan on May 23-30. According to the official letter sent to the Armenian Boxing Federation, the refusal is due to administrative issues.
Argentina was one of the first countries to respond to the invitation to participate in the championship and was prepared to send three athletes to Yerevan.
