Gold medal granted to Lusine Demirchyan
For the first time, a female Armenian student received the gold medal from the Moscow-based State Institute of International Affairs and that student is Lusine Demirchyan, elder daughter of leader of the People's Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchyan and Karen Demirchyan's eldest granddaughter.
Last year Lusine graduated with a honors diploma from the same institute in international law.
This year five students from the CIS countries of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan received gold medals from the State Institute of International Affairs.
Lusine Demirchyan was handed the gold medal by Chief of Staff of President of the Russian Federation Sergey Narishkin.
Lusine Demirchyan will live and work in Moscow by the profession that she has chosen herself.
