Arrested
On July 23 at 5:50 p.m. Karen B., 33, went to the "Erebuni" hospital with shots on his feet.
After police investigation, it turned out that on the same day at 5:30 p.m. Arsen G. (born in 1970) had shot Karen B. after a dispute near building #19 located on Rostovyan Street.
On July 24 Arsen G. showed up to the police and presented a 9 mm diameter "Baykal" gun with one cartridge with no bullets.
Police say that Arsen G. is under arrest and preliminary investigation is underway.
