Armenian boxing team suffered two defeats in a day.
Armenia had two defeats on the third day of the 15th World Boxing Championship.
Samvel Matevosyan (69 kg) lost to Jetmir Kuchi of Albania and Tsolak Ananikyan to Sandro Dirnfeld of Slovakia by the score of 10:11.
On the same day Azat Hovhannisyan (57 kg) beat Ektor Mansaliya of Venezuela - 24:7.
Seven Armenian sportsmen will continue the fight on the ring.
Today Derenik Gijlaryan (51 kg) is to compete with Misha Aloyan (Russia), Harchik Javakhyan (60 kg) with Everton Lopesh (Brazil) and Eduard Hambardzumyan with Onur Sipal (Turkey).
