There was a crowd of people gathered in front of the government building today again, including the parents of soldiers who died in the Armenian military units and some residents of the sale zone. The Dashnaks were continuing their petition and hunger strike.
The parents of soldiers killed in the military units were demanding a fair trial, the residents of the sale zone were demanding equal retribution and the Dashnaks were protesting against the pre-signed Turkish-Armenian protocols released on August 31 which, according top them, are very dangerous and are comprised of preconditions. The Dashnaks are still holding their hunger strike near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On one side of Republic Square is the photo exhibition of the Armenian Genocide organized by the ARF. On one side of the sign are the photos of the genocide survivors, while the other side displays the churches of Western Armenia that were subjected to cultural genocide.
