Sukiasyans are still hopeful
"Recent developments over the Bjni Mineral Water Factory CJSC once again have proved that Armenian authorities have a "special" attitude towards the Sukiasyan family," says a statement of SIL Concern.
The Concern notes that Bjni Mineral Water Factory CJSC - currently involved in a bankrupt court case - was brought by Armenian authorities to such a point where they wanted it to be.
On December 25, 2009, the real estate, movable property, mining rights and other property rights belonging to Bjni were sold to Armenian Royal Cigarette CJSC as one entity. All the property belonging to SIL Concern was sold again with serious violations of law, which certainly enable us to say that the deal is null and void.
The Armenian authorities have made 9 violations of the law during the deal.
The fact that Armenian Royal Cigarette CJSC signed a contract enabling it to pay the sum at an optional time, is direct proof that the company, in fact, did not have the necessary money at the time and Armenian authorities decided to donate the company's estate to the buyer.
SIL Concern is confident that there will come a time when the company's estate will be returned to its real owner with compensation for all the losses the company has suffered, as the property was taken from its proprietor illegally, under the pressure of the police, prosecutor's office, Judicial Acts Compulsory Service, nature protection and tax service bodies through illegal acts and torture."
