Died from father's beating
Manushak Khachatryan, 20, was buried the day following her death at Yeranos village of Martuni region.
Several days later, police found out that the girl had died from blows to the head.
According to the police summary, on February 7, Andranik Khachatryan had a dispute with his daughter Manushak Khachatryan and his wife Nubar Pashoyan at home and struck both of them with a piece of wood.
Andranik's daughter died at the cattle shed after receiving the blows.
Andranik Khachatryan was arrested and testified. A criminal case has been instigated and Andranik Khachatryan is currently under arrest. Preliminary investigation is underway.
