The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) studied the administrative claim of Argo Farm Company.

Argo Farm is one of the seven companies that were fined for advancing prices of some medicines including those of antivirus, cardiovascular in September-November 2009.
Under a December 21 decision of the Commission, the companies were fined over 450 million drams.

The Commission found the company's claim to annul the SCPEC decision as groundless and rejected the claim.
