Judge didn't show up
The first instance court of Kentron-Nork Marash districts didn't examine the case filed by the successors of three of the victims of March 1 today due to the judge's absence. Judge Armen Khachatryan didn't show up to court due to health problems, at least that's what the plaintiff was told.
Nine of the 10 victims of the events of March 1, except Hamlet Tadevosyan, have appealed to the court to protest the idleness of the RA Prosecutor General's Office and the Special Investigative Service. The SIS hasn't brought up criminal cases and hasn't even interrogated any suspect to this day.
Artak Zeynalyan is the one defending the interests of the successors of all 9 victims. Tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. the first instance court of Kentron-Nork Marash districts will continue the examination of the protests filed by successors of victims Tigran Khachatryan, Gor Kloyan and Armen Farmanyan.
The latter all died after receiving shots fired from a "Cheryomukha-7" device on March 1, 2008. The judge of the trial is Gayane Karakhanyan.
In regard to all protests, head of the March 1 investigative group of the Special Investigative Service Vahagn Harutyunyan has already informed the court that the protests of the successor are groundless and must be denied.
