Incident at gas station

On June 23, an explosion took place at the gas station near Lusadzor village of Tavush province.

A crew and rescue team from Armenia's Rescue Squadron of Ijevan city left for the scene. There were no signs of explosion on the scene. According to eyewitnesses, 10 kg of a gas container valve was extracted, as a result of which resident of Ditavan village V. Sardaryan (born in 1958) received a minor physical injury and was transferred to Ijevan city hospital. The injured received first aid and was transferred out.

Downpours

Due to heavy downpours, waters flowing from the mountains flooded 6-8 hectares of wheat and barley fields of Gandzak community in Gegharkunik province.


Fires

On June 23, fires burnt 1,500 square meters of grassland in an area near building #32 on Sebastia Street of Yerevan, 4,000 square meters in the area near "Yerablur" Pantheon on Sebastia Street, 700 square meters in the area near 2nd cul-de-sac on 11th Street of Nerkin Shengavit district and 2,500 square meters in the area near half-built buildings on Antarayin Street.

On the same day at 1:01 p.m. a fire broke out in the yard of house #45 on Khanjyan Street of Myasnikyan village in Armavir province.

A firefighting crew from Armavir city rescue squadron left for the scene and the fire was put out at 1:38 p.m.

The fire left N. Nalbandyan's heap of grass and 20 stacks of firewood burnt.
