Companies suspected in unconscientiousness
The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) of the Republic of Armenia convenes a sitting on June 30 where, among other issues, the Commission will also focus on a number of legislative amendments and addenda referring to the criteria for setting a "dominant position."
