Verdict on August 6
On August 6, the Administrative Court will release a verdict on citizens' appeal against the gas inflation that especially 7,230 citizens are waiting for.
By the initiative of the Armenian National Congress, in April, citizens filed an appeal to the Administrative Court, considering the gas inflation as groundless. The case was examined through a written procedure, but the plaintiff wants a verbal examination.
Let us mention that starting from April 1, RA citizens pay 132,000 drams for 1,000 cubic meters of gas instead of the previous 96,000 drams, while large consumers pay 243.13 dollars instead of the previous 215 dollars.
