Cars are stuck in traffic on Myasnikyan Avenue again due to the construction of a gutter following the construction of a water pipeline.

As Head of the Department of Construction and Renovation at Yerevan Municipality Frunz Basentsyan told "A1+", construction will end in late September.

But why didn't all construction end at the same time?

According to Frunz Basentsyan, the entire road would have to be closed down in order to end the construction of the gutter and the pipeline.

"This is to prevent water from pouring into the city during downpours," said Frunz Basentsyan.
