Right to move restricted
The Armenian National Congress (ANC) holds a rally on Sept. 17 near Matenadaran.
Today morning regional residents had a difficulty in getting to the capital as the roads leading to Yerevan were blocked by traffic police.
According to ANC Spokesman Arman Musinyan, the Congress has received numerous alarms from regions about the stoppage of highway traffic.
ANC representatives have headed to Etchmiadzin, Lusakert, Charentsavan, Nor Hachnto check the situation out on site
Talking to A1+, ANC representative Vladimir Karapetyan said no vehicle was seen at the bus-stops in Lusakert, Arzakan and Karashamb. The Congress is waiting news from Ararat, Artashat, Hoktemberyan, Abovyan, Gyumri and Aparan.
