Agriculture and construction show decline
Armenia registered economic growth by 3,1% from January to August, with the GDP totaling AMD 204 billion, the RA National Statistical Service reports.
The NSS recorded growth in all spheres with the exception of agriculture and construction.
The industrial output amounted to AMD 503.9 billion, which exceeds last year's figure by 11.5%. Agricultural production declined by 18% amounting to AMD 292 billion while retail trade grew by 0.3% reaching AMD 641 billion.
In the reported period, unemployment decreased by 2,4%.
