Sakunts will head the group
Advocate Artur Sakunts will be heading the group of public observers in charge of controlling the penitentiaries and bodies of the RA Ministry of Justice starting today. Former chairperson Arman Danielyan's term is over.
According to the rules and regulations, the head of the observatory group is elected for one year, but the group members may also extend the chairperson's term.
The observatory group includes 10-12 non-governmental organizations.
"A1+" was informed that Arman Danielyan will continue to work in the group as an expert.
