"Nothing will change until you don't demand"
Actor Sergey Danielyan has filed a lawsuit against "South Caucasus Railways" CJSC.
In August, Sergey Danielyan and his wife took a train to Kobuleti and found out that the tickets for their seats had been sold twice.
However, the most ridiculous thing is that though the time of departure was 1:24 a.m., the train actually departed at 1 a.m.
"We were left surprised with the luggage in our hands. We called a taxi and went to Ureki," said the actor.
When Danielyan informed the railway administration, he was told that the only thing they could do was apologize for what had happened.
Today the first proceeding will take place today at the general jurisdiction court of Erebuni and Nubarashen districts.
The actor demands that the "South Caucasus Railways" CJSC gives him a refund worth nearly 45,000 drams and apologize through a public announcement.
Danielyan calls on all citizens to defend their rights. "Nothing will change until you don't demand," said Sergey Danielyan, adding that there is no such thing as moral compensation in Armenia.
