"Reforms are adopted if there is social demand"
Armenian parliamentarian Armen Martirosyan has addressed a letter to Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan inquiring about the fate of hundreds of thousands of citizens who are unable to conclude an insurance contract.
"Any innovation or reform is adopted for the benefit of society if there is a social demand. Our citizens have never raised the need of insurance during our meetings.
On the contrary, they often spoke about the meaningless procedure, which aims to enrich the pockets of some officials. The public calls for social justice and real reforms," reads the letter.
