There is a new deceased person buried at the fenced cemetery belonging to the Sedrakyans of Artemet village in Armavir province. Visiting her relatives' tombstones from Yerevan, Anzhik Sedrakyan was surprised to see a fellow villager's tomb next to the tombs of her two brothers and parents. When Anzhik expressed her concern to her brother living in Slovenia, he called village head Zaven Mirzakhanyan. The latter responded that he will give a territory wherever his fellow villager wants.

According to Anzhik Sedrakyan, the deceased is from the Harutyunyan family near the Sedrakyans' cemetery and Anzhik says the Harutyunyan family has had its eye on that piece of land for a long time. "When I went to my relatives' cemetery a couple of times, Gevorg Harutyunyan told me that the fir tree at our fenced territory had dried up and that I should ask my brother if he would like to have it cut down.

I was amazed at his generosity," Anzhik Sedrakyan told "A1+", adding that his brother Papik Harutyunyan had already been buried during her next visit. According to Anzhik Sedrayan, the deceased is village head Zaven Mirzakhanyan's brother-in-law.

The village head told "A1+" that the family is lying. The fenced cemetery belongs not only to the Sedrakyans, but the Harutyunyans as well. "Instead of me complaining, they are the ones complaining. They brought their relative and buried him at the village cemetery without my permission," said Zaven Mirzakhanyan.

As for the fact that the deceased was a close person of his, Mirzakhanyan mentioned that all villagers are close friends and he is close with the Sedrakyans as well.

Despite that, the village head confessed that there is no more room at the cemetery and he has already appealed to the regional council for a new cemetery.
