“Asbarez” was blockaded
This morning Gyumri police officers blockaded all districts near the "Asbarez" Press Club.
According to president of "Asbarez" Press Club Levon Barseghyan, the police weren't letting any driver with Georgian state license numbers enter the premises and were disputing with drivers at the intersections.
Levon Barseghyan went to Shirak police to give a notice regarding the crime, but the police refused to accept it and only offered him to write an appeal.
Levon Barseghyan has appealed to head of the rapid reaction group at the Office of the RA Ombudsman Aram Mashinyan with a protest against restrictions on freedom. But Mashinyan advised him to appeal to the prosecutor's office.
The prosecutor of Shirak province took notice of that and offered him to write an appeal. Levon Barseghyan is preparing to submit a written appeal to the prosecutor's office during the day.
Nevertheless, the car march took place with the participation of drivers with not only Georgian, but also Armenian state license numbers.
