Lusakert Poultry Plant faces administrative charges
After investigating egg market dynamics, the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) initiated an administrative action against "Lusakert" Poultry Plant.
The unexpected increase in egg prices in late 2010, when an egg was sold at AMD 140, made the committee study the market and conduct checks in poultry companies. Summing up the findings, the SCPEC filed an action against Lusakert Poultry Plant.
