Armenian businessman appealed to European Court
Owner of "Milano" store Hovhannes Ghukasyan has filed three cases to the European Court, but all three cases have been joined, as owner of the store Hovhannes Ghukasyan told "A1+".
Ghukasyan hopes to reach justice in the European Court since, as he says, trials are humiliating in Armenia.
Let us remind that the territory of "Milano" located on 4 Abovyan Street has been recognized as a sale zone and has been obtained by "Avo" LTD.
However, the owner of "Milano" doesn't agree with the compensation agreement proposed by Director of "Avo" LTD Avetis Karagulyan. Let us mention that the store has three stories, not counting the roof and the basement and Hovhannes Ghukasyan has been offered to receive compensation only for 125 square meters of the first floor.
The owner also had a home, which has also been recognized as a sale zone.
