Search declared
During the preliminary inquiry of a criminal case at the RA Special Investigative Service, it was decided that Artavazd Saghatelyan would be included as a culprit under Part 1, Article 235 of the RA Criminal Code.
The service applied arrest as a precautionary measure and declared a search.
Artavazd Saghatelyan is charged with making an attempt to murder three people in Gavar city and for misusing official powers of individual acting police officers within the framework of the mentioned criminal case. The murder took place on 5 November 2009 with the weapons that Aram and Artur Martirosyan and Hrachya Petrosyan had illegally procured and kept, reported by the RA Special Investigative Service.
