Armenian artist Armen Kojoyan has passed an interesting creative path full of notable events and episodes. The most significant among them was the button of his mother's coat which Kojoyan fastened one of his canvases.
Later the artist added to his collages silver and copper, wood and leather, gemstone and precious stones.

The artist himself appreciates the final result rather than the process of creation.

"When I start to work I have a definite plan in my mind but in the end I create something completely different. This is an interesting although a complicated process," says the talented artist.

Kojoyan starts the day in his studio which is a real holiday for him.

Armen Kojoyan graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Fine and Dramatic Arts with a master's degree in painting.

Since 1985, he has participated in all-union art exhibitions in the Soviet Union, as well as in exhibitions abroad. He is a member of the Artists' Union of Armenia.
