No cancellations expected at Paris airports
Air France passengers may face flight disruption on Monday due to a strike by mechanics demanding pay rises, Agence France-Presse (AFP) reports.
The strike initiated by the mechanics' trade union SNMSAC started at 5 a.m. local time with a demand to increase their salaries by €200-300.
A u SNMSAC representative said that so far the negotiations with the administration have produced no results.
"The strike could disrupt flights at the two main airports of the Paris region, Charles de Gaulle and Orly," said an Air France spokesman excluding flight cancellations.
