Mother threw newborn into the river
A body was found in Vorotan River near Sisyan City.
Four firefighters and rescuers of the Special Rescue Team left for Sisyan city, brought out the body of a newborn and handed it to police officers, reports the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
