Child was run over
On September 19, the RA Police Tchambarak division received information that the driver of a Honda had run over a 3-year old girl and had transferred the child to a hospital in his car.
Investigation is underway.
The persecuted found
On September 19, officers of the chief department for the fight against organized crime and Hrazdan police officers arrested 59-year old Samvel Khachatryan from Kaghs village of Kotayk province. Khachatryan had been under persecution since 6 June 2006 by Interpol in the UAE for theft and acquiring stolen items.
Khachatryan has been transferred to the Yerevan police division.
