Handbook for police officers
The comprehensive methodology and handbook for holding a course on the fight against trafficking for police officers will be presented and discussed in Yerevan tomorrow.
The handbook has been prepared by four Armenian experts within the framework of the European Union-funded regional program implemented by the OSCE Office in Yerevan and the International Labor Organization.
The purpose of the handbook is to reinforce police officers' capacities for the fight against human trafficking in accordance with the primary goals stated in Armenia's 2010-2012 National Plan of Actions for the Fight against Trafficking. It is designed for prosecutors, police officers, judges, border guards and job inspectors.
