On November 16 at 12:00 Tashir regional police officers arrested a 21-year old young man in Saratovka village. The young man had been under persecution by police officers of the Russian Nizhni Novgorod since August 15.

Nor Nork police officers have arrested 27-year old Habet Navasardyan in Getashen village of Kotayk province. Habet had been under persecution for counterfeit since November 8.
