Armenia to partake at ITB Berlin 2012
The National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA) together with 16 Armenian tourism companies will represent Armenia at the international tourism exhibition ITB-2012 in Germany.
The event will bring together representatives of about 180 countries worldwide.
NCFA Director Arman Khachatryan is expected to meet with Taleb Rifai, Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) on the sidelines of the ITB 2012. The Armenian delegation will also participate at the UNWTO ministerial meeting, which will focus on the development of "The Great Silk Road" tourist route.
Armenia's participation at the exhibition is organized by the NCFA in cooperation with the Embassy of Armenia in Germany and Tour Operators Union of Germany (DVR).
