80-year old Diaspora Armenian appeals to court
On March 20 at 11:00, the RA Criminal Court of Appeals (Judge Ter-Petrosyan) will examine the appeal filed by Diaspora Armenian investor George Tomasian and his representatives.
We remind that Tomasian has demanded to do away with the decision of senior investigator of the Central Investigative Department Kamo Sahakyan on rejecting the instigation of a case based on the materials and instigate a criminal case.
The problem is that George Tomasian didn't understand where the millions that he had paid for construction had gone.
