82-year old woman in helpless state
This morning, the Rescue Service received an alarm from the 20th apartment of the 2nd entrance to building #22 located at Mkhitar Heratsi Street in Yerevan stating that the resident was in poor health condition and wasn't able to open the door of her apartment.
A special rescue squadron of the Department of Rescue Forces and an operative group of the Crisis Management Center left for the scene. Before their arrival, residents living nearby helped open the door and found Arsenya Bakhtiaryan (born in 1930) in a helpless state.
The rescuers brought the injured party down from the second floor and transferred her to the ambulance.
