SCR Director meets youth
General Director of South Caucasus Railway CJSC Victor Rebets had a meeting with members of the Youth Council representing all the subdivisions of the company.
"Out of the 786 employees with higher education, 173 are under the age of 31 and 17 of them are already part of the reserve for leading positions. The company has also seen the growth of the number of young employees, which make up 18% of the overall number of employees. This goes to show that there are more youth employees and that the youth have the desire to express themselves," said Victor Rebets.
The General Director of SCR CJSC also touched upon the promotion of young employees through funding and the salaries that they deserve to receive. According to Rebets, the company needs to ensure the youth's maximum involvement in work, deepen their professional knowledge and have better product, reports the company's press service.
