Tall building collapses in Moscow

A seven-story building collapsed in south Moscow this morning. According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the collapse killed one person and injured 11. All the victims were construction workers renovating the building. Two of them are in an extremely heavy condition.

Head of the Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow, Ilya Denisov told ITAR-TASS that the building collapsed right when the workers had completed working with concrete on one of the floors.

Nearly 2,500,000 square meters has been collapsed.

The building administration has trouble saying how many people there were in the building at the time of the collapse.

According to preliminary data, there were no Armenians in the building.
