"We stand by Brusov students"
We the citizens fighting against the illegal stands at Mashtots Park express our solidarity to the students of Yerevan State Linguistic University after Brusov. With your massive protest, you are setting a historic example for all students of Armenia.
We are certain that regardless of your positions and sympathy for persons, you have first and foremost stood up for justice and legitimacy. Most of the students of the university have been standing at Mashtots Park for months in defense of a public territory.
We wish to become the generation of self-determined citizens and live in a country where everyone will respect the law, including high-ranking officials, be it the mayor or the minister. To all those for whom our legal demands have come as a surprise, we declare that we will stand up for our university, our city and our country. The movement of self-determined Armenian students against arbitrary actions can truly change the country thanks to the high level of organization, abiding by the laws and independence. We encourage your fair struggle and are open to cooperation for the sake of a civil Armenia and self-determined citizens.
