Bribe-takers to be exempted from criminal liability?
Everyone, who has been offered electoral bribe, will be exempt from criminal liability, if he/she personally reports the Prosecutor's Office about the bribery attempt, according to the procurator's office.
"If it is not obvious defamation or false denunciation, if the person is not intentionally charged with the crime, he/she will not be held liable," said Deputy Prosecutor General Aram Tamazyan.
The official urged all people having a photo or video on bribe-taking to law enforcement authorities.
