Hmayak Hovhannisyan seized territory?
President of the Union of Political Scientists Hmayak Hovhannisyan and the employees of HydroEnergoProject Institute continue to fire allegations at each other.
The institute director mentions that Hovhannisyan is committing illegal acts.
Acting director of the institute, head of the planning department, President of the Committee of Trade Unions Varduhi Kostandyan today told journalists that Hmayak Hovhanisyan was the owner of only 437 square meters of the institute's territory and had seized the remaining 150 square meters.
According to the acting director, after the institute received the government's decision on March 1, it appealed to Hmayak Hovhannisyan, asking him to return the 150 square meter area, but was denied.
The institute is preparing to move its library located in the basement since "the books and maps are being deteriorated due to the humidity".
Hmayak Hovhannisyan denies that he has seized a territory.
