On May 6, 2012 at 08:30, proxy of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gohar Abrahamyan and Nazeli Yaralyan called the RA Prosecutor General's Office hotline and reported that the crew from Kentron TV had videotaped the vote at polling station N 34/25 stationed at school N 6 in Gyumri. According to the report, Spartak Ghukasyan, son of the mayor of Gyumri, took the TV camera from the cameraman and then kidnapped cameraman Varazdat Papikyan.
The prosecutor's office in Shirak province has assigned the RA Police Gyumri division to check the facts stated in the report and take necessary measures according to the order established by the law.
