Manvel Grigoryan remembered the Commander
CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE OF PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF THE VOLUNTEER LAND DEFENDERS' UNION MANVEL GRIGORYAN ON THE OCCASION OF LAND DEFENDERS' DAY
On the occasion of Land Defenders' Day, the 20th anniversary of the formation of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and the liberation of Shushi, the 67th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, as well as all the holidays in May, on behalf of the Volunteer Land Defenders' Union, I congratulate all Armenians around the world, the people of Artsakh, Armenian soldiers at the border, all participants of the Artsakh war, the fighters of the 5th brigade, the heroic mothers of heroic sons, the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, as well as young land defenders.
Land Defender's Day is the day that Armenians take most pride in. Today we pay homage to the strong Armenians who liberated and are defending their dignity, family and the homeland.
Land defenders have always stood and will stand by the side of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and its heroic people.
The Armenian people have always maintained their dignity through sacrifice.
It is our duty to preserve all that we have maintained through the sacrifice of our heroic men.
The independent Republic of Armenia is currently entering the third decade of its existence. Numerous issues have been solved, and there are still issues that will be solved through our combined efforts.
The everlasting leader of the Volunteer Land Defenders' Union, Commander Vazgen Sargsyan used to say, "Unity can move mountains". Our nation has always scored victories through unity. If we are united, everyone will accept us.
Let's believe in ourselves, our new generation and our young defenders. It's not important what we have, but to keep what we have and transmit it to the next generations.
Once again, I congratulate all Armenians on Land Defenders' Day and all holidays in May, wishing them peace and unity.
Glory to the Commander
Glory to the martyr heroes,
Glory to you, dear people defending the land.
