Today, 11,795 applicants took Armenian language and literature exams in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. There are 8 exam centers in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and 40 in Armenia, of which 14 are in Yerevan. There are some innovations this year.
"If someone is left out and there is a vacant spot that the applicant hasn't filled out, we will allow the given applicant to fill out a new application," said RA Deputy Minister of Education and Science, President of the board of Assessment and Testing Center Manuk Mkrtchyan.
Acting head of the Assessment and Testing Center Arsen Baghdasaryan assured that things were normal and that the applicants were mainly following the rules.
