Case transferred to another proceeding
A new civil procedure for the case of Rector of Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute Gurgen Khachatryan against former professor of the same institute Lusine Ashughyan on the grounds of slander and offense from the third party, "Hetq" newspaper.
After Judge Suren Baghdasaryan accepted the challenge petition filed by the defendant, Lusine Ashughyan, the case moved on to the proceedings of another judge, Aghasi Mkoyan and a new trial began.
