5 arrested for Harsnakar case
On June 21 at around 12:00, masked men from the rapid reaction detachment of the Chief Department of Criminal Investigation of the RA Police arrested five individuals who are charged with committing the hooligan act at Harsnakar Restaurant Complex and brutally beating the military doctors at the restaurant.
