Prisoner disseminates letter
Prisoner in cell N 33 at Nubarashen Penitentiary Arman Davtyan has disseminated a letter stating the following:
"On the eve of June 13, 2011 at 6 a.m. the police officers the RA Police on Mashtots Avenue invaded the home that my wife, Sona Mkrtchyan and I were renting. They weren't dressed in police uniforms, didn't present themselves, had no documents and didn't say what they were charging me with. At the time, my friend, Artur Manukyan was at my house. The officers took our cell phones, didn't let us call our parents and took us all to the police division located at Mashtots Avenue."
