Iranian passenger detained in Yerevan under the influence of drugs
An Iranian citizen was detained at Yerevan's Zvartnots International Airport on July 17.
The searching revealed that Ali S. (born in 1973), had 1.02-gram opium-like substance in his wallet.
Earlier in the day, the crew of the Tehran-Yerevan-London transit flight reported the police about the disorderly behavior of a passenger. Police officers were called to the airport for help.
The substance is sent for examination. Investigation is underway.
