Judges receive reprimand
The Council of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has issued warning to Ruben Apinyan, a judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts.
Amrahi Petrosyan and Armen Tumanyan, judges of the Civil Court of Appeal, also received warning while Karen Chilingaryan received reprimand. Besides, his salary will be cut by 25% for six months.
The Council of Justice took the decision based on the petitions filed by the Disciplinary Committee to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the aforesaid judges.
