Advocate's body found in restaurant
An advocate was found dead in a restaurant in Armenia's Lori marz (province) on Sunday night.
At around 10:45 p.m. a local police station received a report that a man's body had been found in a restaurant in Shahumyan village of the marz.
The deceased was identified as Samvel Sharbatyan (born in 1963), a citizen of Yreevan, a member of Armenia's Chamber of Advocates. Sharbatyan had traces of violence on his body.
A forensic medical examination has been assigned.
A case has been filed under Article 1 of the country's Criminal Code.
The investigation is under way.
