Pre-Parliament initiative has interviewed Jirayr Sefilyan, Commander of Shushi special regiment who draws parallels between the Armenia during the years of war and today. He says that there is always a way out even in hard times. “That the country needs urgent changes is out of question and in this regard there is no need to convince people. But we have to work in that direction to make the changes possible and revive confidence in people. During the years of war, few people believed that we could liberate Aghdam, but we did it. A short time later, all people who considered the liberation of Aghdam impossible, did it with their own hands,” he said.
