There are impassible roads
The MES of the RA informs that on March 1st at 10:00 all the inter-state and inter-community roads are passable in the RA. Sotk-Karvachar road is impassible because of the fog. It is snowing in Syunik region. According to Georgia’s Emergency Department, Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for 30 seats transport means with tire chains on.
