A press conference on recent tendencies in Karabakh issue and possible perspectives is due to be held at 11.00, September 8, on the initiative of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) and the Media Centre. The discussion with feature Thomas De Waal, an expert and analyst at the Carnegie Endowment, Sergey Minasyan, Deputy Director of the Caucasus Institute, a political scientist, Mark Grigoryan, an analyst. Sahin Rzayev, Country Director of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting in Azerbaijan, will join the discussion via Skype. Thomas De Waal will present the Russian edition of his book “Black Garden: Armenia and Azerbaijan in Peace and War.”
