Azerbaijan sends messages to the international community (video)

Mr. Harutyunyan considers the violation of the ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani side as a message to the international community. “Their main goal is to put pressure on the international community, on the RA and the NKR in order to reach unilateral concessions, and they see the solution in showing their power and that is the reason they are constantly trying to record some results on the border.” Yesterday Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan announced that the most important task of 2015 is to ensure the security of Armenia from external aggression. It was also announced about the decree comprising of 7 points. The speaker notes: “DM has ordered to take preventive actions if necessary and not only wait for such actions by the rival. Of course, we don’t have a need to destabilize the situation.” Gegham Harutyunyan also turned to the cruel murder in Gyumri by noting that Russian soldier must be given the most severe punishment. Today the Board attached to the RA DM has discussed the applications of the citizens and conscripts on being unfit for military service. 200 applications have been received, 169 of which have been discussed. 111 applications won’t be satisfied.
